So I've been building my first Gen 6 team, going to have all of these in-game too.
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252HP/6Def/252SDef
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Wish
- Protect
- Roar
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Def/252 HP/4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Protect
- Roost
The initial two, I felt that they complement each other well, Vaporeon takes Water/Ice moves that Gliscor hates, and Gliscor takes Electric moves that Vaporeon hates.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/6Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
Vap/Glis both share a Rotom-W weakness and this fixes that somewhat, along with some hazard support.
Kangaskhan (F) @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 Spd/252 Atk/6 HP
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Power-Up Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Earthquake
She's meant to be a cleaner, coming in after the opponent's team has been weakened and just plow right through.
Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- U-turn
- Brick Break
Kanga struggles with Ghosts in general, so I felt I needed a Pursuit-trapper.
Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 6 SDef
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Substitute
Last but not least we have a dedicated wallbreaker, one I've been meaning to try out.
Any tips/thoughts to make the team better?
