These raid bonuses in particular, along with the fact that it's technically a new shiny convince me that this will be an event they want people to rally together to do. Then again, the alolan forms in raids have become Tier 3 since the Mega Raid rebalance. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the Braviary raids themselves are only slightly more common rather than all over the place.
The fact of the matter is that they haven't done a "normal" raid day since the Lickitung Valentine's Day Weekend event back in 2020 (the Mega Kangaskhan raid day was almost certainly an anomaly), so we have no idea what to expect out of Niantic, especially since they've told us basically NOTHING about the actual conditions of the raids.
