Am I the only one actually glad they didnt do level scaling? I completed the left side, now I’m starting the right side and I get to use a whole new team of low level pokemon that I wanted to use but couldnt fit on my team before. Its great. Plus there are new encounters on the right side so its like starting a whole new game.
