It was hard to get team of six that
a) I liked aesthetically
b) Had 12 completely different types
c) Could cover all available roles (Surfer, Flyer, etc.)
But I think this is a really good combination. Most of them are new unique type combos too, which is cool.
>>14376055Every time i've done this I ended up disappointed. Basic pokemon evolve into ugly messes and you miss out on bros - Gen 6 particularly would have pissed me off since I would have likely ended up evolving Goomy into a fetishistic furfag monstrosity I despised.
Planning out your team is far more fun since you're actually hunting for your next party member rather than just passively moving to the next area.
