>>51423740You can't say there's no egregious examples. Like greninja being incredibly broken, getting the 40 dollar skin, then getting nerfed like a week later. Same with blastoise having an insane winrate, getting the pokebuki battlepass skin, then getting nerfed as soon as the battlepass ended. Or with dragonite having a 54% winrate on the api and getting the battlepass skin again, only to get nerfed after the bp ended aswell. Now with aegislash being really good in the old map gettin the 40$ skin, only to be nerfed right after the new map got released. Now you got mime really broken getting a 40$ skin, and soon glaceon being incredibly broken getting another 40 dollar skin aswell
These are all from the top of my head, i'm sure there's other examples but i really can't be bothered to look them up. Lucario getting two 40$ skins aswell back when he was king of the meta is no coincidence neither. My guess is that the world championship costed them a pretty penny and in no way they made their money back with barely 10k views, so they're scraping the bottom of the barrel with these tactics now
