Her mother was the former champion of the region. But her mother is dead now (died of sickness). Still, just from that fact she's one of the most popular kids at school and very rich.
She's always cheery and likes to act cute. She's nothing like her mother though, she's not that good at battling and definitely not strong enough to become champion. At home, she's constantly pressured by her strict father to become like her mom. But she doesn't like to battle seriously. Often escaping to the woods nearby her house to play with the grass type pokémon.
She is fond of grass types ever since her Hoppip (Now a Jumpluff) used to save her from Wurmples.
