At that point, your options for always hit moves is extremely limited unless you have a very hard counter to the pokemon using double team. If you bring in a pokemon with enough power to threaten to do a lot of damage, chances are they will be able to kill you in two or three hits. If they can't KO you or you bring doubleteam yourself, it will most likely degrade into a stupid long stall war, which isn't fun.
