Each of them harbor a great deal of mystery which makes for plenty of room to start poking around and writing up plots. Plus you can get pretty involved with things like pseudoscience and mysticism with all three of them and I really like that.
That said, I'd like to get into writing about other types, like maybe Grass, Fairy or Fighting. All of the types in general have a decent set of archetypes you can turn to in terms of creating characters and what not, like opting for druidic tones with Grass-types, fae-like callous whimsy with Fairy-types and the whole gamut of Monk tropes: ascetics, meditative, etc.
While work I have planned after ACPC is complete includes stuff like finishing Only Viridian, I also want to dig a little bit more in knifecats (only with a more positive slant since everything I've written about them thus far has been at their expense) with Jewel of the Desert before figuring out what pokemon I want to put in a position of prominence for Stolen Winds alongside the cast I've already established. It might be any of the latter three types I mentioned, it might be another pokemon entirely, I dunno. Time will tell.
And I'm going to keep indulging myself every so often with Errant's Hearth.
