brawly was pretty interesting, usually i just blow through him with wingull or dustox/beautifly, here i had to think a bit. trout mask the unown carried it's weight yet again and managed to take down the machop and meditite, and a quick swap to newly acquired nico the luvdisc (which has replaced all fishing encounters, weird but ok) allowed me to charm makuhita to -6 atk so the rest of my team could swarm his.
liking this hack so far, though the inability to get anything that concretely deals with rock types before roxanne is meh
