Just looked at the pastebin and revised my write-up. (Still the fairy-type leader)
Specialty: Fairy
Name: Alfred (from the Old English for "elf counsel")
Badge: Elfin Badge
Novice's team:
Lv.12 - Flabebe
Lv.14 - Mawile
This would be perhaps the second gym if only because of Mawile, who would throw off a casual player due to its typing. It's powerful enough at this point, but not too much because of its low stats (like Roxy's Nosepass)
Middle team:
Lv.22 - Togetic
Lv.24 - Kirlia
Lv.26 - Mawile
Kirlia is there as an obvious counter to Poison. They'll have to play smart and exploit another weakness. Again, Mawile because it's my signature.
Expert team:
Lv.46 - Klefki (or Whimsicott if it's Grass/Fairy)
Lv.47 - Gardevoir (Trace)
Lv.49 - Togekiss (Serene Grace)
Lv.50 - Mawile (Intimidate, holding Mawilite)
Now things get challenging. Klefki/Whimsicott causes trouble with Prankster, Gardevoir still counters Poison, and Togekiss will be rage-inducing with its flinchax. Mawile now holds a Megastone. It'll be a bitch to take down once transformed.
You'll notice also that especially the later ones use less of the "cute" mons and more of the fae-like ones. Maybe because I'm a male trainer associated with a feminine type, but in the late-game it's a reminder that you that you shouldn't underestimate fairy-types.
This gym will have a "lost woods" feel to it. Dimly lit with glowing flowers. There are fairy-rings which teleport you to other parts of the gym. Trainers would be strategically placed so to challenge you as soon as you get teleported. You won't be able to access where I am until you beat all the trainers.
My character is reserved, aloof, somewhat effeminate and has a kind of uncanny valley feel (much like Valerie). For beating me you'd get Misty Terrain, or Dazzling Light for the middle- or late-game.
