Gen 3: All of them. Both Armaldo and Cradily are my favorite prehistoric creatures, so I was very happy with Gen 3. I hate Relicanth though.
Gen 4: Rampardos.
Gen 5: Archeops.
Gen 6: They're all good, really too hard to pick. First generation that I've liked every fossil, pre-evolutions included.
