If you give Dawn large tits, it’s an interesting novelty but you can also somehow tell that the overall design wasn’t meant with huge boobs in mind, so it’s better to make her closer to flat. And then someone like Misty works best somewhere in the middle: too small and she looks gangly, but too big and the composition of her top and suspenders are thrown off.
Someone else could probably explain this feeling better than me, but I think it’s genuinely interesting.
