>>28749298Go there from 8 PM to whatever time you can endure. Since traffic is low, you can get there from one end of the island to the other on a car and literally catch anything you want. It's also the only place in California that I know which has regular Grimer spawns. It seems all Pokemon in the game spawn in that island for some reason and it's how I got all my Lapras.
Even if you just wanted to chill, there's 7 pokestops with lures all night during weekends from 7 PM onwards it seems(though I heard they removed one in the latest patch so it's just 6). You can just sit on 3 lures, cross to the next median and get 3 more.
