Also gotta say, I love the conclusion of the Team Rocket cheers for Ash at the tournaments arc. Unlike the last time they were just watching him battle, in Kalos, this time they have no reservation about blatantly rooting for him and it wasn't even a joke, aside from Jessies being kinda tsundere about being on his side, they just want to see him win and nothing else, it's unironically great
