It works for people in US/North America, on NA DS/DSi/3DS, and works for them
You did everything the same way as OP instructed, but it doesn't work, so the only explanation is that IF everything works on their end, its because REGION/DS is the problem
So unless you get a NA DS system, you are shit out of luck my guy RIP
