The dark story of Lumineciah's creation. A pokemon that could not be fully identified by any pokedex. It became obvious that the 'mutation' pokemon was not only clouded in a brutal and disturbing history, but she was also spoken of as being "genetically hand-crafted."
After the events of Pokemon Reality, the Underground Hospital was completely abandoned, but still in tact. At this point, the previously sealed floors became accessible and one of these floors was named the 'breeding laboratory'.
This blood-stained floor is where this plan concept was found. It did not take long for Cynthia and the Professor to figure out everything that happened here. This is where the creation of Lumineciah took place, along with an awful display of cruelty.
This whole idea of Lumineciah started back when Cyrus was the original leader of Team Galactic. One of his scientists was as insane as he was and she had the idea of creating a paranormal experiment that could emit genocide in instant shock-waves. This scientist was rejected and the next day, she hung herself. Despite this, one of Cyrus' pokemon remembered this scientist, his Weavile, which escaped from Cyrus and out from the Distortion World. This revelation of a mysteriously smart and cunning Weavile quickly revealed to be brutal indestructible Weavile himself, Dr Lorci Xenon.
This concept was drawn by an unstable butcher, after reading the original plans of the dead scientist. As stated in the original plans, to create Lumineciah, it took a breeding process between a male Cinccino (Y) and a female Espeon (X), but apparently, Lorci Xenon needed to create two unique devices to 'splice' into the breeding subjects. This made the breeding even harder, which left the scientists to forcefully make the two young subjects breed in tears and blood.
