According to the Skull Grunt in the Gamefreak building, shiny pokemon have a 1/4000 chance this time around. Does that mean with Masuda method (if that exists in this gen) that the chance will be 1/2000? If so does that mean shiny pokemon are no longer that rare?
I mean I already caught a Shiny Eevee and Diglett.
