That being said I've come across loli and shota doujins that make me extremely uncomfortable because the characters look realistic either being proportionally and anatomically correct, or having realistic faces. Just ones that scream "an actual peodophile made this not just a standard lolicon." and then you feel extremely dirty.
The pic you posted is fine they don't look like real humans much less actual children, but there are doujins and art out there that do.
As it stands I think the only art that should be nuked on the spot is toddlercon.
