I think it should get a pendulum item like Marowak’s Thick Club and Farfetch’d’s Leek. Call it something like the Polished Pendulum, and it’s effect would be doubling Hypno’s Special Attack like how the Thick Club doubles Marowak's, and also making the move Hypnosis have 100% accuracy. Then I’d give it a better ability, like Magic Bounce or Magic Guard, or if you wanna push it further Fur Coat. I’d subtract 23 points from it’s attack and put that into its speed to give it a more decent 90 in that stat, and then I’d give it an extra 17 points to its hp so it’s 100 and is therefore a better special wall. This is kind of broken but Hypno’s untiered so he needs a lot of help
