I have a legit shiny Lucario, a legit shiny Altaria, a legit shiny Gogoat, and an almost certainly Gen'd Shiny Rayquaza with 6IVs. (I didn't make it myself, so maybe it's RNG'd... Not sure if you can do that with RNG though.)
