>>40117815So, I've done a randomized run on this file a few times before, and when you randomize by similar strength, it just goes by whatever the Pokémon is currently set to -- not what the Pokémon originally was. So, if it were to generate something slightly stronger but similar enough, it could theoretically keep going up with each randomization if you're unlucky.
This is my only explanation as to why Valerie's Mawile was replaced with a fucking Regice. My Meowth did not see that Curse-boosted Superpower coming. (For the record, Clemont had a Suicune too, but that was dealt with easily thanks to Lotad.)
Gonna have to do the Poké Ball Factory before finding anything at a decent enough level to replace Bill. RIP, dude.
