It thankfully knows what it wants to be with its stat spread a slow defensive poke with some special atk (no mixed attacker BS)
all and all it could stand to gain more hp or def which it did in Sun and moon +10 hp it could stand to have even more tho and maybe some more def
desolate land would be nice spoiler/
