Before that, I had been trying to hatch a shiny Ekans, but I was getting irritated with how many eggs I'd hatched with no success, so I stopped to breed a competitive Timid Zoroark. I think it was within the second batch of eggs that the shiny showed up. Born a girl too, with 5 perfect IVs. Her name is Tempest and she's fully evolved and leveled up now.
