I got god awful confusion ring, got status effected on every now that could, but luckily my cast form (didn’t name him because I didn’t think I’d use him) and gal clutches up against Altaira by having Based set up with some sand attacks then having gal come in, protect, toxic, then protect and switching out to other Pokémon to stall. Send in cast form and cast form and set up for hail, but didn’t realize water types aren’t immune to hail and killed Gal when she was at like 6 hp. Luckily I was able to stall enough and toxic started doing tons of damage. RIP.
This shouldn’t be a huge setback tho, I have great mons in my PC like multiple water types (as if I won’t find a million late game) and an Altaira, and will have access to the magma base in a bit to try and get another numel/fire type. RIP gal, nubba, and my unnamed cast form, you guys clutched up hard.
