I've found a bunch in romhacks that alter the chances and in the 3D era but we all know those don't count.
I'm planning to play Emerald, Platinum, SS, and White 1 and 2 through and transfer everything up to gen 5 and I'm gonna fucking scream if that somehow doesn't net me shiny #2.
