I vaguely remember his role in the manga, he was a cop so I assumed an adult (because I was still a dumb kid, so with a job like that he MUST be an adult, right?). He mentions his dad either in the manga or the game, I just figured his dad was super old and retired or something. I saw his episode of the anime not long ago and he comes off as a fair enough bit older than Ash or Brock. I didn’t see anything about the ages for any of the gen 2 gym leaders during the tera leaks. Idk really. I’d say he’s fair game for husbando-ing since it’s kinda vague.
