He has a fucking rant about how the second movie was AKCHUALLY about Team Rocket saving the world and "proving the worth of their existence", and that he hated that the main thing everyone praised about the movie (and even congratulated him about it) was... Misty's romance, which he never intended to be, and never wanted to make a real romance. He was flabbergasted about being told "Wow, Shudo, you can really write good girl characters!" when he hated her and didn't want to include her.
Despite not even being involved with the anime at this point, he really panicked when the anime team was discussing whether to cut Team Rocket or Misty before moving to Advanced Generation, and was happy that they cut Misty. EVEN THOUGH he also didn't like what the other writers did with Team Rocket, and that they were always forced to lose (he wanted the TRio to escape on their own instead of being "blasted off" screaming yana kanji). Basically, he wanted them to be comical "lovely charming villains", but still a real threat. The best example would be them leading Team Rocket grunts in the terrorist attack on S.S.Anne. Despite having humor, it was a dangerous attack that led to the whole ship going down.
