It's a huge price tag for newer players to get into, or for those who simply don't have the necessary games. 90 dollars for an Urshifu, and then another 90 for the other Urshifu because said "digital copy" doesn't account for evolutions nor forms.
Just make Battle Revolution 2 with a Showdown feature and be done with it. Brownie points for breeding mechanics and Pokemon Amie mechanics as well to shift away the over-reliance on mainline games for comp; I know I'd get hell of a fun time out of both of those things especially when you can't pet your bros anymore. But seriously, just put it ALL in the battle sim and update it as time goes on. It's not that complicated.
