Honestly, all the girls that really get me going in pokemon are adults. Nessa, Bea, Cynthia, Lusamine, Wicke, Klara, Skyla, Clair, Elesa, that lady in the battle Frontier. Hilda and Rosa are the exception and even those two are older than the average MC.
