He didn't beat his rival, he didn't take down the broken mon that swept everything, even his super special surprise power up was a bust so he didn't learn or gain anything. He already beat Shota's ass a million times, and even that one time regular frog was memeing on him but Ash got distacted. Alain was the real challenge and he lost every fucking time, and no one ended up beating his fat fuck lizard.
In fact Ash accomplished nothing in all of fucking Kalos. He didn't even win any side tournaments except the summer camp. Literally every other arc had him win at least three side competitions, many more in earlier seasons. He didn't do shit here. Save Kalos? Nope, that's Perfect Zygarde! Plus the parade of mega faggots charging up the big gay mega cumshot to kill the thing. At best he'll get to throw his shitty piss disc into the big swirling mass of mega semen.
All that Greninja development was for fucking nothing. The greatest thing he accomplished was saving Lumiose from that Garchomp. He might as well have gotten right the fuck back on that plane afterwards and fucked off somewhere else.
