That, and I assume that the line between a complete Vaporeon and a broken exists-to-contaminate-the-water Vaporeon is largely based on how much cellular damage you can cause to it when in water form, either through something like an autoclave or through simple physical separation of portions of its "body". For that matter, can you actually force a Vaporeon to assume water form, let alone forcing it to recombine again? You should probably research that first, anon.
