>>58449163I'll assume each is using their final team after any rematches for fairness sake, since otherwise Jacinthe sweeps most on level advantage alone. For oldfags I'll choose the team from either their game's remake or BW2, whichever I feel is closest to their "canon" loadout since some choices in BW2 are out of nowhere and don't feel in character. For Blue I'm making a special exception, since in every game his stronger team tosses some random shit on it, so I'll be swapping out his aerodactly on his sun/moon team with his Pidgeot from his HGSS rematch team, giving it a Pidgeotite, and using that as his loadout.
Lance is gigafucked since every single mon she has hits his entire team super effectively. Even has stealth rocks. Complete domination.
N is a wildcard since his team is as spastic as he is, but if we consider his last fight in B/W his 'official' team for the sake of comparison, she wins. A fair bit of his team is fucked by rocks, and even his steel type doesn't help much, since she has coverage for it and it's a fucking klinklang. His legendary is powerful but both will be worn down with the barrage of super effective hits.
Volo actually puts up some resistance. While most of his team has piss coverage and gets fucked by fairies/rock, he does have Roserade and Lucario as notable threats. However they're frail, and she has coverage option for both. With so much of his team casually dispatched they wouldn't be enough to regain momentum and would fold.
Blue is where we get into some actual competition. While he has a some rock vulnerability, every one of them has coverage. His team is also very solid against fairy, since even his single fairy weak pokemon has poison coverage. He's got setup, intimidate, just a menace all around. His 1 weakpoint is even his highest levels don't match Jacinthe. To settle it I put each member of his team against mega clefable in the smogon calc. Nothing could beat it 1v1. tiebreaker goes to Jacinthe.
