I'm starting a new project of sorts. I have a bad habit of letting small stories balloon into big ones, so I want to try writing more short, simple, slice-of-life stories, while making an effort to actually keep them small.
Also, I like the idea of keeping these little stories in a single spot instead of scattering them over many rentry pages. To that end, I'll be making a special page to compile them. I call it...
>Booker's Journal; or, My Time at Capim>https://rentry.org/RibombeeJournalIt currently has an intro and one short story, "Sorbet", totaling around 1800 words. As for timeline placement: each story will have a different placement, but "Sorbet" is in early summer (whenever that is).
Hope you like it!
>>53870938>save Pokemon SquareBegrudgingly. I'd feel bad about letting an entire town die... even if most of them are total idiots who tried to murder me.
>technology remnants like the powerplantI'd definitely research them. I don't have the know-how to restore them though.
>Can feral dungeon-dwelling Pokemon be tamed?Probably not. I bet they're completely mindless.
>At the final parts of the game, do you take your time to prepareYes. I like to be well-prepared.
>superpowerBooker wants to fly, of course. Sneasel may enjoy flying too.
>promptsAre you thinking of simple questions directed at the characters, or full story prompts? Either way, it could be fun, and provide more inspiration.
>>53870958Great job, Kiyo! I like Kris's expression, and the painting in the background.
>>53870970Hey Debby, nice to see you again!
Sorry about the job though>>53872492Hey Bullet, nice to see you again too! I'm doing alright, hope you're good too.
>>53871345>The value of an opinion is directly correlated to the height of an individualWhy must you hurt Booker this way?
>>53873219Many random places, really. Music is good for inspiration. Reading other stories can help too.
