The world was already pretty limited and created in such a way that people are bound by rules of physics and such. That points out that problem isn't with just limiting the options. If you can limit options, you can just restrict bad choice path and make the free will about choosing between some good option and another good option. There is no need for a choice to be between good and bad option like there is no need for choice to be between two evils a la saw movies.
