She's definitely a capable fighter even without her Pokemon, and at least on paper can briefly reach higher peaks than any but the highest tier martial artists, though her suit has a limited battery capacity for high-stress operation. And strong-enough Pokemon are capable of damaging the suit with moves that will limit its effectiveness; she was still susceptible to
being immobilized by Chien-Pao's Blizzard.Give her a modernized suit that stacks 8 years of the Pokemon World's technological acceleration onto its existing abilities, and she'd probably be pretty incredible.
One might even call it Excellence.
