Why do i have to trade with a different game to complete the pokedex? It's easy now thanks to the GTS, but when RSE came out, i never completed the Hoenn dex because the only person i knew to own pokemon Shappire killed Latias.

Why can't they just put Volcanion, etc... in some caves and let me catch without waiting for the events? They create several events in pokemon DPP and they never released them.
