It's not super impressive but I also have 3 full odds starters, that being Charmander in LG, Piplup in Pearl and pic in Crystal. I never really bothered with Unova or Hoenn starters, not in the old games and not on the new ones for the latter case.
Right now I'm nearing 3 months of just Articuno and a little of Lugia in that same Crystal save. I reckon I have enough in my hands to take me a good couple months more at least.
