I worked at a company like this and it was a fucking nightmare. My first week at work they had already forced me into watching "inspirational speeches" about this shit, and day one they had me calling the owners of the country's biggest shopping centres etc as a fucking "phone salesman" which wasn't even in the job description, it was disgusting and i did that shit for free as an intern, and they were planning on firing me when my "free trial" was over and just replace me with another unpaid employee, and just have that cycle going.
Fucking disgusting, absolutely fucking disgusting.
