The nice thing about anonymity is that you can agree or disagree with something without it mattering whether that person is your friend, or has a bad rep, or whatever. There's no caveat that says you have to be an asshole about it; that just happens because people can get away with it.
Being so aggressive that you feel the need to shitpost is weird, though. I've never really understood what drives that.
