It's as good as any Rock/Ground type is going to be. A humongous movepool backed by 10 less attack than Groudon and, stat-wise, comparable physical bulk too.
And yet its hampered by the exact problems that every other Rock/Ground type suffers; it's extremely slow and has terrible special defense, which wouldn't be so bad if its weaknesses weren't so horrendous in the first place, even with Solid Rock.
In a way, it makes me sad. It has never gotten better than this. And maybe, it never will.
