After doing a rather extensive sidequest that involves escorting some dindu hobo kid, this lady randomly shows up here and after a battle, she sells you a lot of pretty good Pokeballs, though granted with how most of the good Pokemon in this game are typically events or gatcha crap that are handed to you, this just turns out to be rather meh.
