>>49060836There's literally a Canalave and Snowpoint in the Spaceworld Demo too, since it was supposed to cover Japan as a whole, though there's no Sinnoh Legends in HGSS unless you count Sinjoh Ruins. My guess is that Cianwood is the closest place to Hoenn outside of Hoenn (since there's no Chugoku/Shikoku region), hence they decided to put Embedded Tower there.
