I grinded my team to be as high as they could get within the level cap of the next gym's ace. With a bit of Growth (absolutely broken in gen 1), Tractor the weepinbell mauled misty ez pz. Still no deaths yet, amazingly. Now it's time for SS Anne, and then Surge, which will likely be rolled over by Tank the geodude (soon graveler). We'll see.
