The mansion once housed brilliant pokemon researchers before it had become overrun by ghosts, and its inhabitants killed... including the owning family's young son who soon found himself as none other than the Gengar from before. Turns out he had just been looking for his old pokemon when the machine holding the singing pokemon started up seemingly on its own and began to lure pokemon to the mansion for him.
More questions arose, but for now the mystery of the mansion was solved and all the hypnotized pokemon returned to the city. Chapter 2 had come to a close.
