Im really glad it doesn't exist, cause....what a fucking pain. They did do it for those bug ones and its a pain in the ass.
It may have been interesting and actually encouraged sharing and friendship. "Oh You can have my kadabra if I get your haunter, that'll work, cool!" Rather than the selfish "I need to evolve MY pokemon, help ME out"
