>>48664682The name of the program i'm using is PPRE. Its really not hard to use at all. You can edit almost anything you want. Just make sure that the rom is in the same folder as the exe file. When you're done put something as the name in the highlighted text box and click write rom. You can also make your edit as a patch doing the same thing.
