I should note before anyone asks: no, I didn't name my Leavanny 'Sewer' because it sews leaves, I named it that because I was angry that it was level 2 and I had already picked Snivy. Ironically enough, it has been by far the best and most reliable Pokémon on my team, even back when it was a Sewaddle with just tackle.
