GF are the shit ones. Out of everything that they could take from Yokai Watch and DQM.
They took
(YKW) Z-moves and Wisper- Not the very detailed world and sidequests.
(DQM) Fucking Dynamx. Not the better EV system or breeding system but Dynamx.
Not to mention, they try to add shitty gimmicks to their games without any thought.
Soulmimates are not OK moves. They even have different effects for certain Yokai and game like YKW where it about managing your party it makes sense.
Z-moves: Just One-shot a mon for free.
Large Monsters in DQM have higher states, traits and skills, with the draw back on the number of mons you have in battle. You have 4 slots and monster is can go up to 3s. So Small - 1s, Large - 2s, Giga - 3s, Ultra Size - 4s.
Dynamx: Make any mon go big at any time and get 4 Z-moves for 3 turns. Making mon big doesn't even sacrifice the other mon in doubles
