I also think we'll be looking at 3-4 hours in terms of story content between the new Rivals and the Legendary progression, but there's some kind of additional 'Restricted Sparring' feature aside from the new Wild Area/Dens and new Pokemon. We'll need to wait more before making an estimate on The Crown Tundra as that one's supposedly themed around exploration.
