but fakemon done /have/ to emulate the pokemon artstyle.
Fakemon should be a tool to practice and grow your own style and design sensibilities. I dont make fakemon to make pokemon, i simply dont. I dont waste time or energy worrying if my designs match the style.
my goal is to eventually be able to work on my own intellectual properties, and practice makes perfect.
